We are looking for a TDA To provide technical assuramce for any Performance Management IT projects with specific attention to those involving Greenplum.

Reponsibilities

  • Data Warehousing (Facts, Dimensions, Aggregation, Joins, Partitioning etc.)
  • Understanding of features and limitations of Business Intelligence tools
  • Business Object Universe Design (or at least, considerations and limitations)
  • PostgreSQL Database (SQL, DDL, pl/pgsql procedures)
  • Familiarity with Radio Access Network Topology
  • RAN Counters, Measurement groups and parameter concepts
  • Data Analysis (e.g. checking coverage and correctness of Vendor Documentation against actual RAN data samples)
  • Good technical team leadership skills
  • Good communication and documentation skills

We are looking for a Logistics Manager to join our Deployment team who are accountable for the successful delivery of the shared 3G RAN, mobile backhaul and backbone transmission networks to Shareholder requirements and agreed time, cost and quality targets.

The Logistics Manager is a key role within the Deployment Team and reports directly to the Deployment Business Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the successful delivery of Central Logistics and Asset Management (CLAM) services to Shareholder requirements and agreed time, cost and quality targets.
  • Responsible for intensely managing the day-to-day delivery of CLAM suppliers, 3rd parties and retained resources against contracted time, cost and quality obligations.
  • Responsible for the development and continuous improvement of the methodologies, processes, capabilities and resources (via suppliers, 3rd Parties and retained resources) required to deliver CLAM services including all related forums and governance control points

Essential Skills

  • Strong experience of deliverying Logistics and Asset Management services to agreed time, cost and quality targets.
  • Experience of the methodologies, processes and capabilities required to deliver warehousing and distribution solutions using suppliers, 3rd parties and retained teams.
  • Experience of working as part of a broader deployment function.

Your background:

You’ll be an interactive, solutions-focused lawyer with an ability to apply commercial acumen to legal problems in order to keep projects moving forward and supporting our Property and Operational Teams to deliver change surrounding the implementation of the new Code.

The Role:

The Legal Counsel (Property) will assist in ensuring that site upgrade activities, lease renewals and NTQ replacements are delivered to EE and Three Mobile’s requirements under the terms of the revised ECC.

MBNL is innovating and optimising business processes to reflect the changes in the ECC.  The role holder will be responsible for both contributing toward this process of reform, the subsequent implementation of it and improvements to it.

The role will focus upon the effective implementation of revised ECC processes, ongoing improvements and also managing external solicitors and negotiating agents. The role holder will need to quickly attain detailed knowledge of both the Old and New Codes, the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and will be able to give swift, commercially balanced advice to the business and its employees and agents working on acquisition and deployment projects.

Your background:

A proven background in Problem Management and experience within IT or Telecoms with ITIL v3 accreditation are the key requirements for this role.

The Problem Manager is responsible for:

  • Being escalation point for suppliers in order to investigate, assess and resolve problems with the network.
  • Coordinate investment sign off if required to resolve problems.
  • Liaising with Shareholder problem management teams to support network KPIs.
  • Governance of supplier lead Problem Management.

This role will require a candidate willing to undertake SC Clearance (5 years residency in UK, finance, criminal and security checks)

Key Responsibilities

  • Register supplier invoices accurately, completely and timely in the accounting system following the three-way match process and follow up with business owner on any discrepancies
  • Raise sales invoices in accordance with the approved invoice requested by the business and perform cash receipt from customers against open customer invoices.
  • Perform debt collection inquries in a professional and timely manner and ensure aged debt are timely recovered
  • Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling supplier statements and related transactions. Timely & accurately prepare statement reconciliations for review
  • Resolve suppliers’ and customers’ queries (including the status and content of invoices) and liaison with business Managers if necessary
  • Complete month end Balance Sheet reconciliations in AP and AR resolving any issue found
  • Produce monthly reports and assist with month end closing
  • Support internal and external audit activities by retrieving the required evidence
  • Provide support to internal finance members for ad-hoc accounting support and queries

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Experience of end to end Accounts Payable/receivable clerk processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of finance systems (ideally an ERP system such as SAP or Oracle) as well as MS Office applications.
  • The ability to communicate with staff and customers at all levels are also essential for this role.
