About Three
MBNL’s shareholder, Hutchison 3G UK Limited (known as Three UK), is a subsidiary of VodafoneThree Holdings Limited formed by the 2025 merger of Vodafone UK and Three UK. VodafoneThree is the UK’s largest mobile operator.
VodafoneThree serves tens of millions of customers across brands including Vodafone, Three, VOXI, SMARTY and TalkMobile and is targeting 99% 5G Standalone coverage by 2030.
VodafoneThree exists to connect people. As a British business with a global outlook, we want our customers to have connectivity that isn’t comprised by where they live or what they do.
After all, when we’re better connected, we’re more effective – as individuals, businesses and communities.
A network for the UK
The UK needs a network it can rely on – so we’re building it. With £11bn invested in expanding 5G, reducing not-spots and improving digital infrastructure, we’re bringing faster, more reliable connections to all four nations. Which means customers can do more of the things they love in more of the places they live, visit and work.
A network for you
Accessible. Affordable. Dependable. We’re building a network that ensures connectivity for all, no matter your situation. This starts with getting the basics right – offering social tariffs to support those who need it most and making it easy to reach real people when you need help. It also means using the latest technologies to keep you in control of your contract, whether you’re an individual or a business.
A network for business
VodafoneThree means business. Thanks to better connectivity and cutting-edge technologies, we’re connecting people, processes and products for a more seamless industry experience. In turn, supporting both the private and the public sectors by creating jobs and powering essential services across every corner of the UK.
A network for all
The digital world raises endless possibilities, but it also brings challenges. That’s why we go beyond just getting people online – we keep them safe once they’re there. We don’t just provide the latest technology – we reuse and recycle to help reduce waste. And we’re not just building the UK’s best network – we’re ensuring it helps create a more inclusive, sustainable future for everyone.
The Nation’s Network
To build the UK’s best network, we will harness all brands that make up VodafoneThree, while rolling out game-changing innovations, such as:
Exclusive offers for Vodafone and Three customers, delivering greater value across mobile and broadband.
An eSIM trial, starting in London, Liverpool, Sheffield and Belfast, giving anyone with a compatible phone the ability to experience VodafoneThree’s network free for seven days, even if you’re not yet a customer.
New home broadband offers, combining Three’s Fixed Wireless Access with Vodafone’s Full Fibre into a single Vodafone-branded portfolio. This means faster, more reliable connectivity for homes and businesses – including those not currently served by fibre.
A price freeze on selected tariffs, alongside an ongoing commitment to offer affordable social tariffs.
