What we are looking for:

You’ll have demonstrable experience in Change Management and ideally some experience in either Telecoms or IT industries with ITIL v3 Foundation.

You will be advanced level in Excel and some experience of using ITSM tools.

You’ll be used to working in a busy, sometimes pressurized environment and dealing with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders with professionalism and good humour!

It’s a busy role, which requires organization and an ability to communicate quickly and confidently.

Just some of the things the Change Analyst will be doing:

  • Be liaising heavily with our managed service providers
  • Running detailed reports in Excel and from the ITSM system, daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Ensuring all emergency changes contain required justification for approvals
  • Managing golden site outages and ensuring the shareholder service management teams are notified
  • Assisting in trend analysis and identify areas for improvement for relevant parties
  • Performing impact and risk assessment of changes to ensure minimal disruption to services and customers
  • Attending review boards and meetings daily and weekly.

**This role will require a candidate willing to undertake SC Clearance (5 years residency in UK, finance, criminal and security checks)

We are looking for a TDA To provide technical assuramce for any Performance Management IT projects with specific attention to those involving Greenplum.

Reponsibilities

  • Data Warehousing (Facts, Dimensions, Aggregation, Joins, Partitioning etc.)
  • Understanding of features and limitations of Business Intelligence tools
  • Business Object Universe Design (or at least, considerations and limitations)
  • PostgreSQL Database (SQL, DDL, pl/pgsql procedures)
  • Familiarity with Radio Access Network Topology
  • RAN Counters, Measurement groups and parameter concepts
  • Data Analysis (e.g. checking coverage and correctness of Vendor Documentation against actual RAN data samples)
  • Good technical team leadership skills
  • Good communication and documentation skills

Your background:

You’ll have a history of being a hands-on leader within the Security space, with a proven track record of raising the profile of Security within an organisation and driving projects forwards to successful resolution.

You’ll have had a broad security remit across business functions, and be able to take ownership of your work from requirement gathering, writing policy and implementing solutions by bringing together collaborative teams, and making stuff happen!

We’re looking for good Security pedigree qualifications e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, and as importantly the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels to implement security solutions in a fast-paced, operational environment.

The Role:

On a day to day basis, the Data Security Officer will be responsible for:

  • Defining and maintaining the security policies & standards for MBNL
  • Manage & maintain MBNL’s security accreditation (currently ISO27001 and CAS(T))
  • Manage security incidents as and when they arise
  • Raise awareness of the policies & standards throughout the company
  • Undertake internal and external audits as and when required to verify compliance with MBNL’s policies and standards
  • Manage security risks
  • Act as the liaison with both shareholder security departments to both brief them on MBNL progress and issues and to learn from their experiences
  • Create and maintain Disaster Recovery plans from an Information Security perspective
