The Health & Safety Business Partner plays a key role within MBNL's Health, Safety & Environment team, partnering with leadership and operational teams to embed safe ways of working across one of the UK's largest and most complex mobile infrastructure portfolios. Who we're looking for;

  • A strong background in client-side construction along with experience as a Health & Safety Business Partner, influencing leaders and embedding positive safety cultures. 
  • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent Level 6 Health & Safety qualification). 
  • Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation, CDM Regulations and ISO 45001. 
  • Excellent business partnering, stakeholder management and coaching skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive performance improvements.

The IT Fulfilment Administrator plays a key role within MBNL’s Technology & Information function, supporting the delivery and administration of IT services across the organisation. Working closely with MBNL colleagues, suppliers, and service partners, the role ensures users have timely access to approved systems and tools while supporting licence management, onboarding activities, reporting, and operational governance across Corporate and Enterprise IT services.

What you’ll be here to do;

• Facilitate user access to Corporate and Enterprise IT systems and tools

The Senior Design Manager, Regulation, Audit & Governance plays a key role within MBNL’s Legal, Governance & Operational Excellence directorate, supporting the implementation and continual improvement of MBNL’s building safety, fire safety, and regulatory compliance framework. Working closely with and reporting to the Architect & Senior Manager – Regulation, Audit & Governance, the role ensures that building safety requirements are effectively interpreted, communicated, and embedded across MBNL’s mobile telecommunications infrastructure portfolio.

The Building Safety Act 2022 and wider regulatory landscape are transforming how infrastructure is designed, deployed, and managed. This role helps ensure MBNL meets its statutory obligations while providing practical guidance that enables safe, compliant, and efficient delivery across the network estate. By combining technical expertise, regulatory understanding, and stakeholder engagement, the role supports both compliance and operational excellence. What you’ll be here to do;

• Support the interpretation and application of the Building Safety Act 2022, Building Regulations, fire safety legislation, and associated guidance across MBNL’s infrastructure portfolio

• Assist in assessing how building safety and regulatory requirements apply to mobile infrastructure projects, particularly rooftop and complex sites

• Develop and maintain guidance, policies, standards, process maps, and regulatory documentation

• Ensure documentation is practical, auditable, regulator ready, and aligned with industry best practice

• Coordinate input from stakeholders, suppliers, and subject matter experts to develop effective compliance frameworks

• Provide technical support on the interaction between mobile infrastructure and host buildings, including structural, fire safety, access, and building services considerations

Who we’re looking for;

• Knowledge of building regulations and CDM Principal Designer roles and responsibilities.

• Experience interpreting, applying, or managing building compliance with legislation, regulations, standards, or governance requirements

• Experience or capability of authoring technical, regulatory, policy, or governance documentation to a high professional standard. For example, construction project tender quality question responses or specification writing. 

• Ability to understand and apply complex legislation, standards, and guidance

The Governance Coordinator plays a key role within MBNL’s Infrastructure & Estates directorate, supporting the governance, coordination, and administration of site infrastructure activities across MBNL and its shareholders. What you’ll be here to do:

You’ll blend operational leadership with process and automation thinking, acting as the gatekeeper and optimiser of reactive demand. You’ll:

Triage, Prioritisation & Allocation

• Triage all incoming reactive maintenance tickets, validating prioritisation based on risk, severity, and customer or service impact. blockers 

• Control release of low-priority work using risk judgement, resource availability, and financial limits to protect SLAs and operational capacity. 

• Allocate work to the right resolving agent our supplier, remediation teams, managed service providers, specialists, or third parties based on our obligations and issue type. 

• Work with the Inspection & Maintenance supplier to define attributes that enable smarter bundling by geography and skill, reducing repeat visits and wasted effort. 

Warranty, Quality & Programme Defect Control

• Review historic maintenance and capital works to identify applicable warranties, guarantees, and quality defects. 

• Prevent avoidable reactive spend by routing work back to suppliers under defect liability. 

• Track recurring defects and escalate to commercial, programme, or shareholder teams to drive accountability and resolution. 

• Persistently manage suppliers to closure taking ownership until the right outcome is achieved. 

Insight, Trends & Continuous Improvement

• Analyse failure trends and recurring issues, feeding insight into Infrastructure Management to influence planned maintenance strategies.

• Help shift demand from reactive to planned, improving long-term asset reliability. 

• Provide trusted operational intelligence that supports smarter decisions across internal teams and third-party suppliers. 

Workflow Optimisation & Automation

• Design and refine rules based logic for automated triage, warranty detection, allocation, and job bundling.

• Collaborate with digital teams to implement low-code/no-code workflows. 

• Test, measure, and iterate reducing manual handling, error rates, and rework while building trust in automation. 

Reporting & Performance

• Monitor and report on KPIs including triage accuracy, rework rates, defect recoveries, automation success, and resolution performance by supplier. 

• Report the balance of allocated vs. unallocated work to support understanding of asset risk exposure.

• Challenge the status quo bringing external market insight and a “better every day” mindset to drive change. 

Who we’re looking for:

You’re someone who thrives where operations, data, and judgement intersect. You’ll have:

• Strong experience in reactive maintenance, service operations, or workflow control within utilities, transport, infrastructure, or similarly complex environments.

• Confidence applying risk-based decision making in fast-moving, ambiguous situations.

• A solid understanding of contracts, warranties, defect liability, and supplier obligations and the persistence to enforce them.

• Analytical capability, you’re comfortable working with data, trends, and rules logic to inform decisions.
