MBNL management team is formed and the HQ moves from Elstree Tower, London to offices in Amersham, Bucks
MBNL hits major network integration milestone of 12,000 sites through Godiva programme
Following the earlier 2009 merger with T-Mobile, Orange joins MBNL network in 2010 under Everything Everywhere (now EE) and a new phase of integration begins
EE and Three sign new network share agreement (Project Coventry) that sets out five year plan. MBNL focus shifts from integration to management. Three launch their own 4G service in 4 cities in December
MBNL continue to focus on the mission with ambitious plans for 2014-2016. Circa 18k RAN sites and the network now carries 75% of UK mobile data traffic
MBNL embarks on transition towards a service based organisation
Significant Shareholder buy-in agreement signed. EE agree that H3G can use more of EE’s unilateral sites for H3G’s 4G
MBNL’s office locations re-open post Covid & become hubs for our people to reconnect & collaborate
