Commercial Finance Analyst

As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you will be supporting the Commercial Finance Manager and work alongside other senior stakeholders across the business. The role purpose is to be the finance business partner with other departments and provide financial management to help achieve the company financial objectives. You will be solely responsible for end to end management of all financial aspects of site running. This will include managing a large budget and management of outsourcing partners. It's a fast-paced, hands-on role, so if you like to be busy and the days to move fast, this could be the role for you!

What you can expect to be doing: 

• Act as Finance Lead for Site Running and be the right hand for Commercial Finance Manager.
• Produce and lead on 5 year plans and forecasts.
• Work with Financial Accounting Team to produce the month end results and Financial Reporting with relevant commentary and high-quality analysis.
• Identify cost saving opportunities and implement/drive the processes to achieve them.
• Be the first point of contact for any escalations from outsourcing partners.
• Opex and Capex management.
• Provide support to Commercial Finance manager with financial analysis/modelling of commercial deals and decision support.

What we are looking for: 

• Financial accounting knowledge and experience of managing relationships.
• Newly Qualified Accountant (or due to qualify imminently).
• Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines.
• Good Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and highly analytical.
