Logistics Demand Coordinator

The Role:

The Logistics team at MBNL are seeking a Demand Coordinator to support with Forecasting, Procurement, Supplier management and reporting activities. The team are also responsible for the accuracy of the data relevant to these activities in the company ERP and associated tools. 

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with intermediate level excel skills. 

What you can expect to be doing:

  • Responsible for updating & issuing reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Support team members with core activities & admin as required
  • Data entry into ERP tool as required to allow effective reporting
  • Support the logistics team in the identification and resolution of system data issues 
  • As required support data cleansing activities of an internal IT project enhancing the functionality of the ERP tool
  • Challenge the status quo, keep abreast of the external market and use this to drive improvements, continuous improvements and learning
  • Be a role model for the MBNL way

What we are looking for:

  • Experienced Project Coordinator
  • Ability to understand and communicate key messaging effectively 
  • Ability to investigate and identify corrective actions
  • Practical experience of Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level or above)
  • Demonstrable experience working with internal and external stakeholders
