Network Performance Manager
6 Month Contract

The Role:

If you have a passion for providing the best service to mobile users, then this could be the role for you. Reporting into our Senior Network & Service Performance Manager, you will be the Network Performance SME managing all aspects of Network Performance, ensuring it is achieving the highest possible standards.

What you can expect to be doing:

• Assuring Supplier Performance for all Network Performance related Services (including Event Management, Proactive RF Obstruction, Service Limitations, External Benchmarking Analysis, Subscriber Experience Testing Analysis, Focus Occasions and Focus Event logging and actions, Configuration Management) and associated KPIs/PIs, in line with the Contract
• Support the shareholders (EE/BT and Three) with assurance of Network Performance Services for which they are accountable
• Act as the Customer interface for Network Performance Services
• Based on data analysis, shareholder feedback on customer experience (direct or indirect) or industry knowledge, drive behaviours within Supplier and Identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement in Network Performance services

What we are looking for:

• Strong technical understanding of mobile architecture
• Strong RAN network performance management and optimisation experience
• Experience of working within a network operator or service provider environment
