Site Access Delivery Manager
6 month contract initially

The Property Department is responsible for the estate management and implementation of property and planning strategies across the shared and unilateral network property of EE & H3G and to ensure Suppliers adhere to agreed guidelines when undertaking work or upgrades on the network property estate. This contractor will join the Site Access Team and support the delivery of improved access arrangements of MBNL's portfolio of sites.

The Role:

There is a broad remit attached with this role, but in a nutshell, we are looking for:

  • A customer-facing Delivery Manager, who can present to shareholders project issues, budget updates and solutions, whilst maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Can manage Site Access issues to resolution with 3rd party suppliers, landlords and agents.
  • Has an appreciation of Acquisition, Lease Agreements, Access T&C's, and NTQs (Notice to Quits), so can credibly partner with Property managed-service providers in developing solutions to any blockers or issues.
  • Has an appreciation and ability to present solutions for practical access issues, as well as presenting business cases to the shareholders where investment is required.

Your background:

Aside from excellent stakeholder management, Project Delivery and Contract Management experience, our ideal Delivery manager would be able to demostrate:

  • A good end to end knowledge of the activities required to acquire, design and build replacement sites and decommission at risk sites
  • Knowledge to interpret telecoms legal agreement rights - lift and shift notices, obligations on the landlord & tenant, notices to terminate
  • A basic technical knowledge of Supplier activities in order to appropriately manage the Supplier
  • Ability to collate and manipulate data/information in order to identify/determine best solutions
  • Negatiation experience and skills
