Landlord Relationship Specialist

12-month fixed term contract

Hybrid Working (Home & Reading Office)

 

We are looking for a Landlord Relationship Specialist to manage the casework required to improve landlord relationships under the direction of the PM and the Business Change Lead, to establish the Landlord Relationship remit supporting the Landlord Engagement Strategy and wider corporate objectives.

The Landlord Relationship Specialist will work closely with both the team, the wider Property Team, internal teams and suppliers to manage casework and apply appropriate strategies in order to create, rehabilitate and improve landlord relationships to ensure sites can be accessed and project work undertaken.

 

What you can expect to be doing: 

  • Case Management responsibility of highly complex issues, managing multi-layered problems between internal/external teams
  • Be the voice of the landlord
  • New landlord onboarding (which includes new build and changes in landlord)
  • The provision of hypercare to a designated set of landlords
  • Support the creation and implementation of standard form template 
  • Test and implement internal tools with the MBNL IT Team to support case management
  • Support the creation of material to train both internal staff/contractors and MBNL’s Supplier base  
  • Be a role model to support to Shareholders, Suppliers and Contractors in the adoption of new ways of working 
  • Implement any “quick win” process improvements to enhance delivery and to react to what will be a rapidly evolving workspace.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience of successful complex query handling
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to work at a fast pace managing multiple queries
  • Previous Property/Site Access experience is advantageous
  • Evidence of succesful negotiation and outcomes
  • Worked in an environment with a focus on influencing change
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communicator
