Process Engineer 

6 - month contract

The Role:

MBNL are looking for a Process Engineer on a 6-month contract. This role is key for the early development of the MBNL Asset Management System. 

We are actively encouraging applications from industries outside of telecommunications, if you have the ability to oversee the delivery of multiple fast paced projects and have worked in a technical environment, we would love to hear from you. 

What you can expect to be doing:

  • Identifying, researching and create undocumented processes and requirements.
  • Reviewing and improving existing processes.
  • Obtaining internal and external contributions and sign off.
  • Developing the processes and requirements necessary to enable and define asset management deliverables.
  • Creating an overall roadmap for the defined scope of work aligned to value and risk drivers.
  • Creating procedures, processes and requirements to ensure a clear instruction and method is set for those delivering, monitoring, evaluating and auditing data delivery.
  • Maintaining a register of work undertaken and outputs delivered.
  • Reporting to the project team and governance boards as required.
  • Interpret and adapt/enhance existing processes to develop continual improvement.
  • Process mapping, process improvements, defining new processes

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience of developing process requirements
  • Ability to identify data/information process and requirement needs.
  • Experience in defining the need for systems and technology solutions through operational and business processes development.
  • Strong VISIO, ARIS and MS Office (or equivalent) skills
  • Logical and solution driven approach to problems
  • Creating process manuals in line with developed framework
  • Ability to interpret and adapt/enhance existing processes to develop continual improvement.
  • Experience of developing asset management data models and capability frameworks.
  • Knowledge of asset management Enterprise systems and tools.
