We are looking for a Property Project Manager to join our busy and dynamic Property Department who are responsible for the estate management and implementation of property and planning strategies across the shared and unilateral network property of EE & H3G. Plus ensuring suppliers adhere to agreed guidelines when undertaking work or upgrades on the network property estate relies on effective internal and external stakeholder management for its operation.

The role
• Support the NTQ Project Managers to manage the delivery by MBNL’s suppliers of alternative site designs, replacement site coverage, major equipment moves and decommissioning activities
• Update process, guidance documents and contract scope of works and communicate to suppliers and in house teams
• Interface with suppliers, internal teams and Shareholders to ensure programme requirements are clearly understood, implemented and adhered to.  
• Monitor 3rd party SLA performance and instigate any recovery plans.
• Report on finance capex and opex spend and forecasting
• Deal with project escalations, log, track and action on behalf of the infrastructure asset team
• Managing and coordinating suppliers and in house teams to ensuring no loss of coverage due to a Forced Site Move or NTQ.

Must Have

• Knowledge and experience in project management
• Ability to communicate on many levels
• Ability to manage supplier performance and delivery
• Ability to write processes, procedures and contract scope of works. 

Nice to Have
• Project management or contract management skills, qualifications
• Telecoms acquisition, technical or build skills, qualifications and knowledge
• Ability to collate and manipulate data/information in order to identify/determine best solutions
• Experience in telecommunications infrastructure rollout
