The Role:

MBNL are seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to play a pivotal part in providing key reporting and insights to both MBNL, internal stakeholders as well as our shareholders.

What you can expect to be doing:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Data Modelling and Database Design
  • Data Lineage and Data Mapping
  • Data Extraction, Data Cleansing, Transform and Load 
  • Design and Build database modules to support end-to-end life cycle of module development of the front-end portal. Coordinate with Front-End developer to communicate the requirement or any changes in the module(s)
  • Design and build dashboards and reports for management in PowerBi
  • Support the business users in the UAT of new modules developed
  • Input into improving existing practices and procedures
  • Development of standards, documentation and service offering
  • Participation in discussions and forums on behalf of MBNL
  • Support the business requirements by developing complex SQL queries and Stored Procedures at an advanced level.
  • Challenge the status quo, keep abreast of the external market and use this to drive continuous improvements and learning.

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to collaborate with managers and external stakeholders
  • Self- motivated
  • Excellent use of MS Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with SQL
  • Knowledge of PowerBi is desirable 
  • A strong attention to detail
  • Strong Data manipulation skills
  • Telecoms background desirable
