The Role:

MBNL are looking for a Code Delivery Manager to come on board and work alongside the Code Project Manager on the delivery forecasts/ targets for 2022.

We are actively encouraging applications from industries outside of telecommunications, if you have the ability to oversee the delivery of multiple fast paced projects and have worked in a technical environment, we would love to hear from you. 

What you can expect to be doing:

  • Achieve the minimum of 232 new code agreements for 2022 (Baseline Target).
  • Create, own and report on Regional Delivery Forecasts and Targets that contribute to the minimum target AND maximise and report on the financial savings against the minimum 60%
  • Work with the Code Project Manager on the Delivery Forecasts and Targets for 2022 and beyond
  • Ensure Data cleansing/integrity progressed across all Suppliers (external Property Agents and Lawyers) and internal teams (RPSs, internal Lawyers) with the support of the Data Analyst.                    
  • Set up, chair and own weekly Collaboration Meetings with external Property Agents, External Lawyers and Internal Teams - Target priority Suppliers & exception reporting - Propose continuous improvements to ensure maximum efficiency 
  • Ensure Regional Supplier contract KPIs are managed, hold review meetings with Suppliers and MBNL commercial teams to manage supplier performance effectively   
  • Manage Regional portfolios of sites with Multi-Site Providers or large Landlord Agents developing negotiation strategies with the support of the Central Delivery Manager  

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to write processes, procedures, and contract scope of works
  • Ability to manage supplier performance
  • Be able to create and manipulate data/information to identify/ determine best solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Project management experience and/or qualifications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Telecoms background – desirable
