Data & Reporting Manager

The Role:

MBNL are seeking a Data & Reporting Manager to help ensure that all data is managed and presented accureately.

What you can expect to be doing:

  • Daily & weekly programme reporting including milestone achievements & milestone exceptions as well as tracking to project baselines
  • Preparing the DRM packs & liaising with Head of Programmes/ Programmes Manager to call out project risks/ issues/ under delivery
  • Attend/ prepare weekly governance forum packs and ensure all trackers are maintained
  • Provide Deployment reporting requirements including management dashboards 
  • Responsible for supporting the MBNL Deployment Order Manager on the day-to-day management of deployment data
  • Data analysis and interrogation of data across various data systems and sources to ensure a high level of data accuracy
  • Trend analysis, problem management from data analytics, and continuous service improvement plans. Propose and develop strategy plans and CSI initiatives

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to collaborate with managers and external stakeholders
  • Self- motivated
  • Excellent use of MS Excel/ strong knowledge of MS PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of SharePoint/ Power Query is desirable
  • A strong attention to detail
  • Strong Data manipulation skills
