 We are looking for an Administrator to join the Commercial Team within the Finance department. The purpose of the position is to provide support and to manage the commercial team’s contract database and systems.

Working in our new Head Office building next to Reading train station, you’ll enjoy a great working environment, friendly team and be a stone’s throw away from all the coffee shops in Reading!

The role

  • Taking ownership of the Contract Management system and processes.

  • Organising and updating information on SharePoint

  • Be responsible for completing the contract signature process which will involve highly collaborative work and communication with senior stakeholders

  • Be pro-active and identify areas to improve efficiencies

  • Updating change control trackers for Managed Service Provider (“MSP”) contract

  • Maintaining commercial information on internal finance system in order for correct POs to be placed

  • Ensuring minutes are captured accurately for governance and other related meetings

  • Support in drafting documentation

  • Someone with the enthusiasm and drive to take ownership of team admin and be continuously looking to improve efficiency.
  • Enjoys working with technology, and quick to learn new systems

  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Have the ability to balance multiple tasks at once

  • Intermediate skills on Excel e.g. Pivots, Look-ups.


    Nice to Have

  • An understanding of commercial and contract processes
